As a nurse, Sicilia finds the most fulfillment in helping her patients feel better. Sicilia is tending to a patient who is ill and tired of lying in bed, and she feels obliged to take action to relieve his stress. Sicilia attempts to increase his body temperature and pulse rate after learning about his symptoms. With a heated piss, she leaps onto the bed, descends to one knee, and starts her therapeutic healing process. Her patient eventually loses the ability to resist and stands up. Maggy immediately becomes entangled in the conflict, feeling completely at home with what Sicilia has started. At first, she serves as a kind of middleman, attending to Sicilia and her patient while checking in on their ongoing work. As Maggie's influence develops, the girls take a shower from behind while kneeling. For a little while, Maggie is the center of attention before the girls catch up to each other. They return to their trio performance and conclude with a girl-girl piss-swapping from their patient, who is feeling much better now.
